We can help reduce your costs by pre-assembling some or all of your build-to-print sheet metal components. Our mechanical assembly services range from riveting small parts together to assembling 77" equipment racks.
You can save on direct labor expenses. You can save on the expense
of carrying, organizing and purchasing individual component parts. You can simplify your
production scheduling. All you do is order the assembly or appropriate kit of parts. We take
care of the rest!
Since we have fabricated and assembled much of our customer’s final product, why not let Metcam put together the final assembly as well? This simple logic has led many of our customers to request electromechanical services from Metcam, including PCBs, wire harnesses, capacitors, switches, etc. Once the assembly is completed, we power test, continuity test and even function test the final assemblies.
