May 7, 2001 – Metcam, Inc. announced today that its Quality Management System has been certified to meet the requirements of ISO9002:1994 by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) Certifications, Inc.   

For the past year Metcam has been preparing for certification of its quality management system.  In March of this year Metcam successfully completed the assessment audit performed by DNV Atlanta office and the certificate was issued by DNV on April 25th of this year.  

Bruce Hagenau, President of Metcam stated, “This is a major recognition of Metcam’s efforts toward developing internal systems to focus on customer requirements and to enhance our ability to provide high quality products and services to our customers.”
