Metcam’s George Mollohan and Cody Farmer

Metcam, a metro Atlanta-based fabricator of sheet metal components and assemblies for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), has hired Cody Farmer as Supply Chain Manager and George Mollohan as Customer Service Specialist. In his new role, Farmer is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations, as well as developing and maintaining vendor and distributor relationships. Mollohan assists customers with purchases and all other needs related to products and services.

Farmer brings a strong background in construction to his Metcam role, including building fabrication, project management and sales. As a private consultant, he oversaw environmental compliance during entire project lifecycles, maintaining permits and construction records, performing on-site water sampling and handling regulatory checks. He also served as sales representative for the East Atlanta division of PPG Paints. Farmer will soon be starting the master’s program in supply chain management at Middle Georgia State University.

Mollohan worked at Decorating Den Interiors for six years, assisting with order management, inventory, quality control and vendor relations. Born near Annapolis, Maryland, and raised in Athens, Georgia, Mollohan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Piedmont College.

“My personal philosophy is to always deliver prompt and proactive customer service, from the biggest client to the smallest company account,” Mollohan said. “I not only relate to but embrace Metcam’s slogan of ‘Highest Quality Products Delivered On Time.’”
